Intro
Hi, I’m Mark Good, the founder of AI Force Training. Our company specializes in developing the next generation of Salesforce professionals by offering a GPT Specialist training. This program is designed to help Salesforce professionals learn GPT technology, develop skills, and apply this knowledge to the everyday work flow. Additionally, we have developed AI Force GPT, an exclusive web application designed explicitly for Salesforce users, offering a specialized and purpose-built GPT tool.
AI or GPT, what’s the difference? AI just stands for artificial intelligence which is more of a blanket umbrella statement for many different types of technologies that we would consider artificial intelligence. GPT is the name of the underlying technology behind ChatGPT and AI Force GPT. I’ll use them interchangeably. Our mission is to accelerate the use of GPT or AI in the Salesforce ecosystem and to make sure that everyone has access to training on how to use this amazing technology.

Let’s kick off our first lesson with some fun. GPT becomes really enjoyable to use after you get over the initial challenges of new user adoption. In our first example, we’ll get some help breaking the ice with our manager when asking for a raise. Notice how you can copy the request below. Go ahead and copy the request. Send it off to ChatGPT to see what response you get back! We’ve included an example response received.

What’s that screenshot from? In the full course we teach on AI Force GPT so you’ll see screenshots from that tool here, but access is reserved for members. However, this introductory course has a structure similar to the full course. We train on both ChatGPT and AI Force GPT so you have the best possible experience. Here we stay more surface level as an introduction, but in the full training we dive deep into requirements and actual solutions executed inside the Salesforce org for maximum training impact.
